It's time once again to ask readers to comment with links to blogs they enjoy and think others might as well. In a continuing effort to expand the resources this blog uses for content it helps quite a bit to have new blogs, news sites, etc. to pull from. So, comment away!
(*takes a deep breath...)

DeleteJF - Christ is Risen, Y'all! Would you please remove my blog Cometh at Midnight? I have not updated it for ages and I don't want to leave a poor pathetic abandoned blog on your links list that will just encourage someone to click on it expecting updated and edifying content. Muchos gracias!
ReplyDeleteoooh I forgot something. Can you add the blog of a new convert that I recently stumbled on? It's called Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog (and then he became Orthodox). Quite a mouthful but he's got an interesting blog and works a lot of Tolkien into his posts. That's got to be worth a read.

I'm not tech-inclined, so I was using the formula "Description" to make them active links, unfortunately this was not allowed as I got an HTML error saying that the attribute "FOR" was not allowed. Where was my mistake?
Well durn - it worked for "Description"! SMH

I believe many readers on the Internet may want to read a blog called Theology and Society, because it provides current articles and commentaries on a variety of religious topics.
ReplyDeleteReaders can access it @ theologyandsociety.blogspot.com.

ReplyDeleteAlways good for a laugh!
Deletehttp://www.soundingblog.com has frequent updates from a variety of Orthodox authors.
DeleteI don't believe he's Orthodox (nor am I, but doesn't stop me from loving and blogging about it) but Michael Landsman is a scholar and a cigar lover who has a great understanding of the Church Fathers (http://yearsofmysojourning.wordpress.com/)
ReplyDeleteThe priest who runs this loves poetry and doesn't update his blog enough: http://janotec.typepad.com/terrace/ as of right now he's going through Athanatius and commenting. Really fun to read for an ex-aspiring theologian.
Orthodox Northwest, because I'm homesick: http://orthodoxnorthwest.wordpress.com/
Also, not Orthodox, but Christian Historian Rachel Fulton is my former professor and a lover of Tolkien, Fencing, and still has time to be one of the preeminent experts on monasticism. She blogs at http://fencingbearatprayer.blogspot.com/ and http://medievalmorality.blogspot.com/
Thanks for the posts. Keep 'em coming!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little biased because she's my wife, but I love to read her blog. It's mostly reflections on life as a stay at home mom and as an Orthodox Christian
