A true Greek baptism

  1. It's not a true Greek Baptism, its a true ORTHODOX Baptism. Exorcisms and renouncing the devil, which Ali apparently doesn't take seriously.

  3. Total lack of preperation appreciation or even common decency. George Stephanopolis is the epitome of a secular Orthodox.

Why did she not know of the triple immersion?

  4. I'm assuming she was dumbing it down for her audience. This isn't exactly a show on Christian theology. I thought it was pretty funny.

    2. The fact that she highlights the intensity in the faith and soberness of the Orthodox Church is good; the interesting thing to me is that she also highlights the Greeks as THE body of the entire Church (the world0wide rest of which there is no mention) and then so cast (in a strange and negative narrative) anglos as incompatible and alien to the True Church. Subtle in a way, but an ongoing narrative in culture these days; a divide and conquer (through ecumenical absorbance of the Church by the WCC etc.)

    3. And , of course, the mocking of the existence of the devil and his minion, adding to the ignorance and denial in this world of the Devil constantly at work in all spheres to destabilize and destroy the One , Holy , Catholic and Apostolic Orthodox Church. (and evidently using this one ,but failing again, as she highlights the sobriety of Faith in the Orthodox Church : )
