A blessed Pascha to all people of one calendar and a foretaste of next week for those on the other. We went traditional this time around and had a maslo (lamb-shaped butter), chrin (beets and horseradish), kolbassi (sausage), sunka (ham), paska (bread), krashanky (red eggs), hrudka (egg cheese rolled into a ball), slanina (uncooked bacon cured in spices), kolachki (breads - walnut, poppyseed, and apricot), and a few other things.
