New South American ROCOR website launched

(ROCOR United) - The South American Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia launched its official website with the blessing of His Grace Bishop John of Caracas and South America. Bishop John was designated by the Synod of Bishops as the Ruling Bishop of the Diocese.
