Enthronement of Patriarch Irinej postponed

(spc.rs) - The Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church has decided that the enthronement ceremony of His Holiness Patriarch Irinej of Serbia, originally planned for April 25, 2010 of this year, be postponed to the fall. The new date has not yet been determined, and the public will be informed about it on time.

The reason for delay is lack of time available for an adequate organizational and logistical preparation of this important spiritual event, as well as a need that distinguished guests, local and from the world, have the opportunity to respond, and not because of the short time they cannot not do it.

  1. Have I misunderstood?

I had been under the impression that it happened in January. There is footage of the Liturgy on the internet, and ROCOR sent Bishop Peter of Cleveland as its representative.

Was this a different event that was misreported? I don't understand.
