Looks like a pirate flag. Har Har!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat the heck? It's like biker gang Orthodoxy!
ReplyDeleteWhere can I get one?
ReplyDeleteI've looked around a bit, but can't find them.
ReplyDeleteWhat does this mean? Looks ominous. Are they saying I will be Orthodox or die? Or are they saying You will be Orthodox or die?
ReplyDeleteThe former I understand as preferring martyrdom over apostasy but the latter sounds too much like Orthodox Jihadist/Crusade! NOT GOOD!!!
You overreact.
DeleteThe person holding, wearing or showing this means they are willing to die rather than deny Christ or the Orthodox Faith.
Hmmm... The new "convert tattoo"...
ReplyDeleteYou can only buy them off a Russian site, written in Russian. I saw this on a message board a couple months ago and tried to buy one, too.
ReplyDeleteInteresting that this flag is very similar to the Knights Templar naval flag that we now call the Jolly Rodger, Skull and cross bone. A very ancient Christian symbol that at one time were put at the bottom of tomb stones representing how all flesh will corrupt and the bones representing the soul better be prepared.
ReplyDeleteI know a flag maker who could make this flag. Could someone please translate what it says?
