Bless Bishop Michael. Sad state of affairs for not just the OCA but other Orthodox Jurisdictions as well. The whole country is in a mess and not looking good for a way out any time soon. Of course families drop church giving in hard times and many stop going because they can't give. Many in the church are low level commitment and don't give much anyway.
