A snapshot from the OCA's All-American Council

(ROC-USA) - With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill and at the invitation of the hierarchy of the Orthodox Church in America, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the United States, Archbishop of Naro-Fominsk (pictured far right) attended as an observer present at the opened October 31 in Seattle XVI All-American Council. The council will run until November 4th.
