I really cringe at 'American Orthodox Church' name. there has to be a something better to call it, if it ever comes to pass which I doubt will ever occur.
The "Towards an American Orthodox Church" symposium, which is scheduled to take place in Texas this week, is the kind of dialogue the various American Orthodox jurisdictions need to have periodically, in order to provide a harmonious, productive, and sincere path to Orthodox unity in America.
