Wonderful news. These books used to be somewhat hard to order and pay for. A good reminder for me to get started on these with my son.
(EOCS) - The EOCS has been hard at work updating the award booklets & course requirements for the Chi-Ro, St. George, and Alpha-Omega Awards.

Excellent news. I don't like to think of myself as a dunce but I had a hard time figuring all this stuff out and it's complicated enough that my son and I still haven't gone through it.
ReplyDeleteI suppose if you have a parish-sponsored scouting unit and your Sunday school teacher has this all down, it's a no-brainer. But my son's missed out on it because I couldn't get it all together.
My youngest was given his St. George Medal by Bishop BENJAMIN on one of his parish visits. It is a wonderful memory.
