In 2009 Fr. Alexander Atty did a three part talk at St. Vlad's on the theme of "The Good and Faithful Priest." It was a very important talk in my discernment to go to seminary. The podcast Becoming a Healing Presence just put up an interview with him that I think well worth your time.
