Let us truly love the Bridegroom, O brethren,
and prepare our oil lamps to receive Him,
and let us shine with virtues and the Orthodox faith,
so that we may be prepared, like the sensible virgins,
and enter the wedding feast together with the Master.
For being God, the Bridegroom bestows on all a free gift,
the crown that will perish not.
