On converts and donations

This is a talk by Terry Mattingly about a simple truth not often commented on. The people who come for the feasts, the weekday services, and are active in church works are the same people (80% he cites) who give most of the money.

It is also about converts to Orthodoxy in general - why they scare cradle Orthodox, the negative first impressions some ethnic churches give people wanting to attend services, and why these people are coming.
