JOHNSTOWN, PA (ACROD) - The Diocesan Chancery has been informed today, by His All-Holiness, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, that His Eminence, Archbishop Demetrios has been appointed Locum Tenens for the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese, effective immediately.
